This conference spans three days and aims to explore the psychological, neurological, physical, emotional, and relational consequences of stress and trauma exposure, which can have lasting effects on first responders throughout their careers.
Their program offers proactive, evidence-supported education, methods, and resources that significantly contribute to the alleviation and control of stress. Coupled with proactive approaches and a comprehensive perspective, they instruct first responders in cultivating both professional and personal resilience.
