Patients (nay clients) are protected by the privacy laws of the Health Information and Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA). No health information nor personal identification may be released to any party without the client's specific permission. At the time of our engagement for evaluation or treatment of an individual, a complete privacy disclosure is provided and explained.
